It began in Germany

Officially founded on April 8th, 2025, by Owen Walter. The idea for New England Heart Rate originated in July of 2023 when Owen took a CPR instructor class offered by the American Red Cross, where he was stationed in Katterbach Kaserne in Ansbach, Germany.

Following the Army, Owen worked as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and assumed further education as an American Heart Association Basic Life Saver trainer and a Certified Dementia Practitioner.

Helping others achieve more has always been a focus for Owen, and that’s the mission and vision behind New England Heart Rate.
