Resident Centered Care
Nursing Homes have gone through an abundance of changes throughout the past 50 years. Amongst all, the moral of the story is that skilled nursing facilities are urged to move towards a more resident-centered care approach. This can even be seen from financial standards moving to a Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM), rather than set rates.
Here at New England Heart Rate, we promote skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and residential care facilities that focus on resident-centered care.
In accordance with 42 CFR 483.21(b)(3), New England Heart Rate only employs individuals who reflect and promote professional standards of quality, are qualified in their practice, are qualified to promote resident-centered care, and are culturally competent and educated on trauma-informed care.
Additionally, New England Heart Rate provides services in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and codes, and with accepted professional standards and principles that apply to professionals providing our services.
